Hospitality Community and the Chamber Movement

Hospitality Community would like to welcome a joint venture with the chamber movement, namely the Hospitality Community Tourism Initiative.

Over the past months Hospitality Community has been in discussions with the Chamber Movement so as to ensure a working and viable working relationship whereby together we will be able to increase initiatives for the Hospitality and Tourism Industry by using the Hospitality Community website as a medium.

Therefore we are proud to announce that currently we have the following chambers that have affiliated with Hospitality Community.

1. Ekurhuleni North Chamber of Commerce and Industry
2. Southern Ekurhuleni Chamber of Business
3. Springs Chamber of Commerce and Industry
4. Benoni Chamber of Commerce and Industry
5. Greater Boksburg Chamber of Commerce and Industry
6. Northern Cape Chamber of Commerce and Industry

Due to the fact that tourism is not only the involvement of Hotels and Accommodation facilities, and that there are a number of categories that fall under the umbrella of Hospitality and Tourism. Together with the chamber movement we would like to place emphasis on all categories of the industry.

Therefore besides only being a directory for the hospitality industry with advertising options, we have also opted to bring to the industry:-

• Hospitality related information
• Training Programme’s for the improvement of service excellence
• Assist with grading of businesses.

The above mentioned topics are to be assisted by Batsoi Hospitality Enterprise, which focuses on the hospitality and tourism industry to provide professional services and products NATIONALLY. Batsoi Hospitality Enterprise is involved with grading of accommodation establishments, conference and special event venues in all nine provinces and involved in training programmes throughout the industry.
